Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Colorful Life Adventures Studio! Each order is packed with care, and many of our pieces are handmade in small batches. We want you to love your purchase, so if something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

  • Returned with its original packaging, backing card, or tags when applicable

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Because of the nature of these products, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Mystery items and mystery boxes

  • Coloring boxes or coloring supplies that have been opened or used

  • Items specifically marked Final Sale.

  • Custom and personalized items may only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the item and any damage

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, Colorful Life Adventures Studio will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Handmade Items

Many Colorful Life Adventures Studio products are handmade using acrylic beads, charms, findings, cord, and other decorative components.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in bead placement, patterns, coloring, or component appearance may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device's screen settings.

Normal Wear & Care

Our accessories are designed to be enjoyed, but they should be treated with care.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, pulling, snagging, excessive force, improper use, exposure to moisture, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of damage, defect, or an error by Colorful Life Adventures Studio, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Colorful Life Adventures Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade, limited quantity, or one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please contact us. If the requested item is available, we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return policy.

Custom or personalized orders may not be canceled once work on the item has begun.
